Very disappointed with their customer service. I booked an appointment which was cancelled by WhatsApp message during my working day. At 4pm I needed a rest so set my alarm to wake just before 5pm. While waiting for Haroon to turn up I decided to check my emails, text and then social media. At about 5.15pm found a message saying he was cancelling the appointment. Clearly didn't want my business as he couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and tell me was cancelling due to bad weather. No idea where he was travelling from but no bad weather here. Very disappointed. Never mind someone else will have my business.
